EMBER

Overview

This privacy policy applies to the EMBER app (referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Kontenth Integrated Solutions Limited (referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those pages
• Total time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device, and does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions. For a better experience, the Service Provider may require certain personally identifiable information, which will be retained and used as described in this policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid improvement of the Application. The Application uses third-party services with their own Privacy Policies:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

The Service Provider may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or when working with trusted service providers who do not independently use disclosed information.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request data deletion, please contact [email protected].

Children

The Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13. If a parent or guardian discovers their child has provided personal information, please contact [email protected] and the data will be deleted promptly.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information through physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. No security system is impenetrable; however, we work to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by updating this page with a new effective date.
