Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all websites, platforms, products, and services operated by Kontenth Integrated Solutions Ltd. ("Kontenth", "we", "us", or "our"), CAC Reg. RC 1383617, a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

By accessing or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

All content on our websites and services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and their compilation — is the exclusive property of Kontenth Integrated Solutions Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for personal or internal business purposes. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit our content, or any right to use data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools.

User Submissions

When you submit information through any of our forms — including contact forms, internship applications, volunteer requests, or newsletter sign-ups — you confirm that the information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily submit to Kontenth may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you. You retain ownership of any personal data you submit; however, you grant us a licence to use such data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our websites and products may contain links to third-party websites, including our products (e.g. MaxiTeller) hosted on separate domains. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

Internship & Volunteer Programmes

Submission of an application to any Kontenth internship or volunteer programme does not constitute an offer of employment or engagement. Kontenth reserves the right to accept, decline, or defer applications at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

Participants accepted into any programme are bound by additional programme-specific agreements communicated separately. Any programme may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on our website.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kontenth Integrated Solutions Ltd. and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
