Number Chef

Overview

This privacy policy is applicable to the Number Chef app (referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Kontenth Integrated Solutions Limited (referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

What Information Does the Application Obtain?

The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration is not mandatory; however, some features may require registration. In addition, the Application may collect the following automatically:

• Type of mobile device you use
• Your mobile device's unique device ID
• IP address of your mobile device
• Your mobile operating system
• Type of mobile Internet browsers you use
• Information about the way you use the Application

The Application does not gather precise real-time location information and does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid improvement of the Application. The Application uses third-party services with their own Privacy Policies:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

The Service Provider may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or when working with trusted service providers who do not independently use the disclosed information.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request data deletion, please contact [email protected].

Children

The Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13. If a parent or guardian discovers their child has provided personal information, please contact [email protected] and the data will be deleted promptly.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information through physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. No security system is impenetrable; we work to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by updating this page with a new effective date.
